To change the vivo account on your phone, first sign out of the account that is currently logged in.
Go to Settings, then open Account & sync or Account. Tap vivo account, select Logout, and enter the current account password to confirm. Once the sign-out is complete, you can sign in with a different vivo account.
Before logging out, make sure you know the password for the current account and have the login details for the new account ready. Menu names may vary slightly by phone model and software version.
If you cannot log out because you have forgotten the password or the linked phone number is no longer valid, tap Forgot password. Follow the on-screen instructions to select Retrieve password and complete the recovery process before attempting to log out again.
